Q: Why should I purchase from you and not other children's furniture companies out there?
The answer is simple- we aim to provide
1: Great local friendly customer service, I am happy to answer any questions you might have as soon as possible.
2: We only sell Quality furniture. We have gone to great lengths to only provide the best. Please read our detailed descriptions on each product.
3: All our products are tried and tested first by our own children, as parents ourselves of young ones, we have some if not all of the concerns and worries that you may have in buying your child his/her first bed.
4: Our prices are kept at a reasonable low affordable price. As we understand that this is a large purchase and you want something that is going to last and be the best value for money item you will purchase all year.
5: We put a lot of time and thought into our designs... Our Fairy Princess Collection for instance has been cleverly designed by a local WA Artist. We wanted something that your little girl was not going to "grow" out of in a couple of years. This has been specially designed so she will still enjoy it even up to the age of 11-12 .... hopefully :0)
Our Red Racing Car bed has been specially designed with familiar words " Lightning" and the Number "95" also we have added FCP which you are welcome to come up with your own interpretation or for us " Fast Cars Perth"
Our Dress up rail has been especially designed so it should take the weight of a small child "hanging" off it. As we all know what children do when our back is turned.
We have also taken all our photos with a thick inner sprung mattress inside , as not to give a false impression of how high the sides will be. As this again was one of our main concerns when finding our son's and daughters first bed. We have also had the beds made so that they are specially made so they fit an standard single Australian mattress, so there are no big gaps between the inside of the bed and the outside of the mattress.
6: We are here to help, even if we don't stock the bed design you want we are happy to help you find another company that may be able to help. At the end of the day we want the customer (You) to walk away 100% happy that they made a purchase from us. Under no circumstances do we want you to walk away feeling that you have just been pressured into a sale.

Q: What is the normal delivery time for your furniture items?
If you live in Perth and your suburb postcode is listed on our postcode map, we can personally deliver to you; this also gives you the option to add our assembling service to your shopping cart. As it is our company that will be delivering, (please contact us for available delivery dates) Weekend Surcharges will apply.
If you do not fall into our local delivery catchment area (or not able to receive the goods on our local delivery available dates) - don't worry, we can still deliver through our friendly courier service. Delivery times may vary depending on where you live, but generally our courier company normally say to expect 3-7 working days from time of order placed. (Monday to Friday- Business hours only). All orders will be processed within 72 hours. A signature is required for receipt of goods.
In both instances, please be aware that delivery is only to your ground floor front door (if driver is required to walk up stairs to get to the front door – please advise us in advance) all products are flat packed ready for assembly. Note: We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.
Q. Does the furniture arrive assembled?
All Furniture products come flat packed. All of the furniture products require assembly. They all have easy to read assembly instructions. We will provide video links soon on how to assemble each furniture product. We do offer Assembly services, although this is only available to our local customers.
Q. How long does it take to assemble a piece of furniture?
The time varies and can depend on the size of the piece, the number of pieces in the item and your experience with assembling furniture. The process is simple, but some pieces can be assembled in an hour or two and others may take a few hours. And the more experience you have with assembling furniture, the faster it will go. Working with someone can also cut the assembly time considerably. All furniture comes with assembly instructions.
Q. Do you offer Layby?
Yes we do - We require a $100 non refundable deposit and at at least 3 payments to be paid before the agreed date of delivery. Please contact us if you require any further information on this subject.
Q. Do you have a pick up address?
At present we do not have a pick up address- we only offer delivery. The reason for this is to keep our prices low and competitive and not pass on the costs of having a large showroom.
Q. Do you have your Furniture Products on display so we can see them?
Yes we do! - We have our Fairy Princess Furniture collection on display at the Linen Gallery in Joondalup. Please pop over and have a look.
Q. Do you have a delivery service ? Furniture and Murals?
Yes we offer Australia wide Delivery, $16.50 for the Door Murals and $25 for the Wall Murals.
We can even offer World wide delivery of our murals - Although anything Licensed has to stay here with us in Australia.
We offer local delivery with a special first time offer of only $50 for each product, including only $50 for the whole COMBO! Please check our Postcode list to see if you qualify. We also are available to deliver to Regional WA as well. Please ask.
We can organise delivery to most states of Australia. Please contact us for a quote. Delivery prices are freight only. If you would like to include insurance please advise us. We take no responsibility for damage in transit without insurance. When the product arrives please check it, and if it's damaged in any way, please inform the driver and CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY Delivery is generally offered Australia Wide.
Do you have an assembly service?
Yes we do, although this is only available to our local customers and for just for our Furniture items. We will be recommending a reliable decorator soon for our wall murals. Both Our Furniture products and Murals are designed to be easy to install yourself and we are always be contacted if you require help with the install.
However, if do you choose our friendly professional furniture assembly service, we ask that you provide a large clear/safe working space for our staff to be able to assemble the furniture products ordered. Please allow approximately a couple of hour's minimum for our helpful staff to assemble your products. Our staff will also be able to dispose of any unwanted packaging at no extra cost.
If you require the furniture products to be assembled and taken upstairs, please contact us as extra charges may apply.
Please contact us to check available local delivery dates to coincide with our assembly service. Weekend surcharges will apply.
We currently have a special on assembly charges – It is only $50 for each product ordered, this also includes the COMBO only $50 to assemble the whole combo!!!!
Q. Do you sell mattresses?
At this present time we do not sell mattresses, we may do in the future. All our beds are made to fit Standard Australian single mattress size.

Q. When is the right time to move my child to a bed?
Moving from cot to their first Bed is an exciting milestone in a child's life. However, making the change is sometimes tricky. It may be hard to know whether or not your child is ready to move from a cot to a bed. Signs of readiness include climbing out of the cot or needing to get to the toilet at night.
Most children move to a bed somewhere between the ages of two and three and a half years.

Q: Why are your prices so low?
We are solely based on the internet, we do have the costly overheads that most other companies do, such as a large showroom. Our showroom is right here at home with you. Our showroom is open 24/7 for you to browse at times that are convenient for you. We are also based in Perth WA, which means cheaper delivery costs for our local customers, but we have also hunted far and wide and managed to arrange great delivery rates for our customers that live a little further away.
